Shipping policy

Processing time is currently 3-5 business days from the day you placed your order.

Once your order has been packaged and sent on its way, you will receive a second email with tracking information (if available) so you can track your package’s journey to you!

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers or messaged via SMS if a phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder. (Don't you hate when emails go to your spam folder? Yuck!)

If you've chosen the snail mail option, your package will come with zero bells and whistles - that means no tracking, no emails or SMS messages...you get it when you get it! After all, that's the best part about snail mail!

Currently, we can ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. If you are located in any other magical land (as in, anywhere else beyond Canada and the USA) I'm suuure we can make something work if you ask real nice...so please do not hesitate! I would LOVE to see my products around the world! 

All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
